We are not a care agency. We do not arrive in uniforms or rotate strangers through your door. It is just the two of us, by name, on time, and for as long as we have agreed.

Between us, 85 years on the wards: general adult, surgical, coronary care, community, haematology, palliative, and orthopaedics. The instinct to notice, to listen, to reassure. That doesn't retire.
We are local
Alison covers Newcastle-under-Lyme and the towns around it. Louise covers Endon and the Staffordshire Moorlands villages. You will see the same friendly face every visit.
We are properly set up
Basic DBS-checked, fully insured for client work, registered with HMRC, and bound by a written service agreement that protects you as well as us.
The parts of the day that are nicer with company.
In your home, or out and about. We are not a clinical visit. We are someone arriving who you have come to know, who is glad to be there, with time to spend.
